Change of Trading Representative (TR) can be effected by the signature of one of the joint account holders on ‘Request for Change of Trading Representative’ form.

Dormant account (signed/ unsigned) – three market days

Active account (signed by existing TR) – three market days

Active account (unsigned) – depends on Executive Director
